This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for the YogicVerse Automator platform operated by Yogicverse Private Limited. We want you to be satisfied with our Service, and we handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same billing period.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment and have not actively used the Service.
  • The Service was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not provided after 7 days of subscription if the Service has been actively used.
  • Issues caused by third-party services (Facebook API changes, webhook destination downtime, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions is not eligible for refunds.
  • Change of mind after the 7-day window is not grounds for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@yogicverse.com with the following details:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Date of payment.
  • Reason for the refund request.
  • Any supporting screenshots or transaction IDs.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
