1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the YogicVerse Automator platform ("Service") operated by Yogicverse Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of India, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YogicVerse Automator is a lead automation platform that connects your Facebook and Instagram lead ad forms to webhook destinations such as Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom URLs. The Service receives leads via Facebook webhooks and forwards them to your configured endpoints in real time.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

• The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at ₹999/month.
• Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Facebook & Third-Party Integration

• The Service integrates with Facebook/Meta APIs. Your use of Facebook features is also subject to Facebook's Terms of Service and Platform Policies.
• We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or limitations imposed by Facebook or any third-party service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of lead data complies with applicable data protection laws and Facebook's Lead Ads Terms.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that lead data processed through the Service may contain personal information of third parties, and you are responsible for handling such data in compliance with applicable privacy laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Yogicverse Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription.

9. Service Availability & Disclaimer

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service.
• We are not liable for any loss of leads, data, or revenue resulting from Service downtime or third-party API failures.
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yogicverse Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
